Where it is

For this guide Brickyard runs north of U.S. 17 between the edge of Boone Hall and Highway 41, up to Horlbeck Creek, and takes in the corner just east of Highway 41 at U.S. 17. The boundary lines are ours, drawn along those roads and the creek; the names come from the town and OpenStreetMap. Brickyard Parkway runs through the neighborhoods, with Highway 41 along the east side.

The town’s zoning map marks a Brickyard neighborhood mixed-use overlay on U.S. 17 and a Highway 17/Highway 41 community mixed-use overlay at the junction, and its land use plan names both Brickyard and the “41/17 Hub” as hubs. The Phillips settlement community lies just north along Horlbeck Creek; see our Dunes West and Rivertowne page.
