Mount Pleasant’s nightlife centers on the decks of Shem Creek, harbor-side concert series in spring and summer and the brewery taprooms off Long Point Road, which close by 10 p.m. A few wine and bourbon bars on Coleman Boulevard and Long Point Road stay open later.

The town says Party at the Point brings local and regional bands to the resort’s waterfront for dancing by the harbor, and Dancing on the Cooper features beach music and party bands on the pier under the Ravenel Bridge. The farmers market has live music nearly every week.

Breweries

The three taprooms in the town’s Brewery Hub off Long Point Road host food trucks and, at times, live music. Hobcaw Brewing, 496 Long Point Road, is open until 9 p.m. Tuesday to Saturday; Two Blokes Brewing, 547 Long Point Road, until 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday; and Westbrook Brewing, 510 Ridge Road, until 8 p.m. on weeknights.
